1. In which language will the conference be held? All lectures, presentations and workshops in the conference will be held in English.

2. Can I also participate at the conference “New Frontiers in Arts Sociology. Creativity, Support and Sustainability” if I’m not an ESA-member? Yes, participation in the conference doesn’t depend on an ESA-membership.

3. Can students also participate at the conference “New Frontiers in Arts Sociology. Creativity, Support and Sustainability”? Of course, also students can apply at the conference.

5. Is there any financial support for foreign researchers and students who are interested in the conference? 7. What does the conference cover? The conference fee covers the whole conference program including some additional cultural events and dinner. It does not cover accomodation and travel costs.

8. When will I be advised about a potential acceptance of my paper proposal? Our jury is now in the selection procedure. We will be able to inform you about a potential acceptance of your paper proposals by the 11th of December 2006.

9. With regard to travel funds etc. what do I have to do if I have to be informed about my paper acceptance to an earlier date than the 11th of December? If you really need the information earlier than the 11th of december, please contact us under: .

10. How can I find out when and in which session I and others present their papers? The easiest and quickest way is to search for a name using the search box in the top right corner of the website, which will guide you to the session featuring this presenter. It is also possible to get more information about the different sessions by clicking on them in the conference program on our website (highlighted in green).

11.Who needs to register? Basically, everybody coming to the conference is asked to register through our website in advance. Among others this includes all paper presenters, workshop participants, and visitors.
